Wow, do you get paid for being on call during the weekends?
- airstrike 6y agoI get paid enough to not complain about it... part of the job description, I suppose
- edejong 6y agoI’m sorry to say so, but I find these kind of conditions discriminating to those who have a family.
- airstrike 6y agoLots of us have families. It's a trade-off, not discrimination. There are other jobs out there that don't require the same degree of availability. We get paid like doctors, so we're on call like doctors
