Ask HN: Is there a HN type forum for engineering managers?
Is there a forum similar to HN where engineering managers and other people in the leadership ladder of companies discuss events and ideas?
- mguerville 6y agoRands Leadership slack group
- ajpgrealish 6y agoNot exactly what you are asking for but https://leaddev.com/ https://leaddev.com/ and their slack channel are very good.
- JimDabell 6y agoAlso a Slack community rather than a web forum, but try Rands Leadership Slack: https://randsinrepose.com/welcome-to-rands-leadership-slack/ https://randsinrepose.com/welcome-to-rands-leadership-slack/
- sixbit 6y agoThis is a new forum that's focused on supporting managers in tech and building high performing teams. I've tried out the alpha and found it quite helpful as an engineering manager. https://risingteam.com/ https://risingteam.com/
