Legal question: How can we make Plastics into the next Big Tobacco or Big Opioid lawsuit? In other words, hold an industry responsible for the damage they knew they were causing? They knowingly traded our environment for their profits. I admire what the U.S. government did in those other two cases. While they came late, at least there were consequences.
