Stanford prof: remote work 'productivity disaster', 'bomb for inequality“
- onecommentman 6y agoUmm, the article is confusing. It starts with a study that shows productivity increase from WFH. So then he argues the opposite. The hyperlinks to research against WFH don’t refer to WFH research at all. A link to research to support the need for face-to-face meetings links to research on the need for more investment in research producing new ideas. Another link is to research on retirees. Another is a link to a lack of equitable Internet broadband access. An important issue for WFH, as well as remote learning, and a lot of other things. We do learn his 4 year old interrupts conference calls with “doo doo”. Perhaps his brilliant child had just read this article.
