These "tennis rankings" sound awfully similar to an idea often used in kindergarten classrooms of awarding the children with gold stars or stickers for completing tasks.

I'm sure it can be helpful to have some kind of feedback for productivity and output but it could also be seen as a bit patronizing and or paternalistic if you're not careful.
- lucaronin 6y agoI agree about the risk. I think this is true for each system you put in place to give feedback on productivity — the difference between "healthy" and "patronizing" lies in good management
