- thelazydogsback 6y agoSo, to be clear, you are saying that in this case the grapefruit would increase or decease the effect of the THC? In other words, to increase the effect of the cannabis, is it metabolites that we want to maximze, or the amount of unmetabolized free THC?
- shawnz 6y agoYes, grapefruit would increase the effect, and you want to maximize the unmetabolized THC. (although the first metabolite 11-OH-THC is also active, the next metabolite THC-COOH isnt)
