- fmajid 6y agoSometimes the Nobel makes a pointed statement. As for instance when Einstein got his in 1921, over a decade after his 1905 paper on relativity, for the photoelectric effect, and no mention of special relativity, since it had actually been discovered by Poincaré and Lorentz, and the Academy disapproved of Einstein claiming credit for it.
