Buy a standing desk and put a threadmill underneath. I have an electric standing desk from ikea, and bought a walking pad (movable and foldable) for underneath. I was scared that walking would make it too hard to read code, but it actually works really well. I would recommend it to everybody. Mostly I walk about 30 min to an hour in the afternoon. The rest I sit.
