I've noticed UHT milk has an unpleasant smell after a few days.
- foxyv 6y agoOnce you open it you have to start refrigerating immediately or it will curdle. Open air is full of bacteria and people have a cloud of the bugs surrounding them. They come off of skin and your breath and clothes. An opened container will be infected almost instantly.
