Oops: https://www.theregister.com/2019/10/16/gitlab_employees_gagged/ https://www.theregister.com/2019/10/16/gitlab_employees_gagg... I self-host git now, using Gitea; it's remarkably simple and supports TOTP! Sourcehut (https://sr.ht https://sr.ht, run by a cool HN person) is also nice.
