Gigantic caveat: “And no matter how successful the strategy is, these altered properties will persist only as long as you apply the control pulse.”
- TeMPOraL 6y agoI wonder: could there be some metastable states that you could nudge a given material to, and have it stay there for a while after control pulse is disabled? I also wonder if the material doesn't need to be one-atom thick for these tricks to work.
