Samsung owner here. I use an Apple TV so I don't have to use the smart features of the TV and see ads, which I find offensive.
But I'd rather reward a competitor for my next TV. Which brands don't do this?
- foepys 6y agoSadly, all major brands seem to do this, even with their highest class TVs. Sony was the last bastion but recently Google pushed an Android TV update and now it also has ads on the home screen.
