This was made with TerminusDB, TerminusHub and the TerminusDB integration with Jupyter Notebooks. It is part of an entry to the DBpedia hackathon 2020. It brings together the polities from Seshat, The Global History Databank and conflicts from DBpedia. We are working to enrich the Seshat data so that we can better understand conflicts in the Antique Little Ice Age that followed the cataclysmic events of 536 (think 2020 on steroids with an 100 year Ice Age tail). I just thought this was a beautiful graph and wanted to share with the community.
