But to take screenshots of what you’re watching on your tv every 60 seconds, upload it to their servers, and use it to build a profile of you so that the ads on that channel can be more targeted should land some Samsung executives in prison. Furthermore, pushing an automated software update to put ads inside the user interface of the TV where they previously didn’t exist should be illegal as well.
