Why can't Digital Ocean, this youtuber and Github just work together to make the world a little bit better? It's OK not to be perfect, but they can acknowledge their mistakes and work together to improve them. DigitalOcean could work with maintainers to allow registration and get some kind of participation icon for maintainers to put on their repo. Maintainers, Github and Digital Ocean could work together to define parameters of acceptance for PRs (maybe an integration?). The YouTube could then become the face of the thing for India and show people how to make a meaningful PR on a digital ocean repo. It would also serve as an ad for them. Just be nice to each other...
