I blame git providers for not giving very fine grained controls to repo owners to limit PRs.
- saagarjha 6y agoThe fact that GitHub doesn’t allow you to close pull requests for your project is a very strange choice. There are so many open source mirrors that literally write bots to close pull requests because they don’t accept patches through GitHub…
