I left to grow and ended up sort of becoming an extractor / compliance / lab testing blend. I feel like I've gotten to meet some of the best grow-room talent and they really are magicians. I've heard the same line of "they are just plants, how hard can it be?" from farms and two have failed, one is about to. If you don't hire and pay to retain talent (like FANNG does), you end up losing entire crops. A solid grower and management that responds to problems has really been the secret. That being said, I've only seen the workhorses get beaten without many oats spread around. YMMV.
