  Eventually they could make money by running the market. Also, it is a form of engagement for Facebook users, which is valuable in itself. It came from the New Product Experimentation team.

  This is essentially an interactive survey. I'm sure they can use the insights to drive marketing initiatives for themselves and advertising clients
