I was not pleased with it being an outside warranty issue, but I paid up just to get the thing fixed and back.
- paulmd 6y agoFile a small-claims court suit, they probably won't even bother showing up and will just pay it.
- vr46 6y agoFair point, lot of hassle for fifty quid, though.
- sellyme 6y agoIf there's any company that's going to take absolutely every opportunity to continue with legal proceedings against the general populace even when they're clearly in the wrong... well, it's Disney, but Nintendo's probably a close second.
