It is really interesting to see how the valuation of a company dropped by almost 50% to 11.7bn based mainly on its categorization with (to my knowledge) no change in function. Really shows the comparative nature of finance, or perhaps just fervor over tech companies.
- sk5t 6y agoCould it not be that investors came to appreciate the company's prospects for increased revenue and margins in a new light? e.g. "this business seems to be more of a 'sweat of the brow' thing than previously thought."
