Especially given that other states basically volunteered to be guinea pigs and just... reopened with their only protection being loosely enforced mask laws. They have had outbreaks but not the mass death people predicted. Can we just lockdown fully or reopen fully, enough of this halfway shit for who knows how long. 2 years now? That’s a significant portion of our time on earth.
- gremlinsinc 6y agoI think enforced mask wearing and 100% reopening makes the most sense. I mean it's a compromise, we have to sacrifice, some will die, but not as many, and the virus will still spread (not as far), but the economy suffers less. The only restriction maybe bars/restaurants having less patrons at a time, due to removing said mask while eating/drinking.
