I live in Northern Ireland the politics of my society are very extreme when its allowed in the workplace, group A kills group B and vice versa. Calling out the extremists and forcing them to apolitical in the work place is necessary to stop them from killing every one. You can argue that this is a call for centrism and the status quo and it is, but it makes sense for this to be the status quo simply because extremists like to kill anyone that doesn't agree with their politics, this is true across history, country and race. There is an obvious right answer because I have seen what happens when extremism is made the status quo.
