Principles of ARM Memory Maps (2012) [pdf]
- saagarjha 6y agoThis is a highly technical but also fairly old paper of how ARM processors lay out their physical address space; is there something specific in this that I'm missing? In other words, in what ways are people getting value out of this document?

ARM has written a much more simple and easy to understand introduction to everything since then: https://developer.arm.com/architectures/learn-the-architecture https://developer.arm.com/architectures/learn-the-architectu... This teaches you everything from memory maps to exceptions for low level programming starters.
