Wouldn’t go as far as ‘garbage’ but they do tend to be filled with soy and grains, which far more people will be allergic/intolerant to than meat.

- rsynnott 6y agoWhile some people are allergic to these, it's not at all common, and those people are likely to also have problems with processed meat (which often contains both).
