Some in NYC get absentee ballots with wrong return address
- birdyrooster 6y agoIt's incredible that these systems wouldn't have test ballots inserted every 1,000 ballots that get checked before mailing them out after being enveloped. That way they could discover if the machines are off by 1 and putting the wrong contents into an envelope. They should be spot checking every batch sent.
