- PaulHoule 6y agoOne big breakthrough behind this is super-high field strength superconducting magnets based on high temperature superconductors. Engineering samples of the superconductive tape you'd use to make a magnet for a tokamak like that have been going around for a decade, it is nice to see somebody to put it together.
