    That's an interesting phrasing. Obviously, if they wants that, it's not involuntary. You strawmanned a figure out of thin air. And you didn't ask if they likes their taxes going to existing corporate subsidies, or F35s, or Presidential golf vacations. All of those could be traded as well.
