Would you like to revise that statement? Note the "heavy over-representation" mentioned in [3] is, according to the 3rd chart, ~18%. I.e. there are 1.18x as many whites in leadership positions as you'd expect compared to their under-represented numbers in tech overall. Compared to US demographics, the over-representation in leadership drops to a mere 6%. While the under-representation in overall tech is 9%. But strangely, that didn't merit a "whites heavily under-represented in tech" title.
