If there's not an org or movement in your area, then start one. If I were you, I'd look for organizations that are democratic and have a "branch" type of system. You could piggy back off those types of orgs and start your own branch, for example. If they're any good, then there's plenty of support and information for you if you want to go that route. I think the issue goes a bit deeper than surveillance and that could be one issue that is focused on by a much broader movement. I could give you some suggestions if I knew where you lived.
