When the PO feels the need to micromanage individual developers so that they “feel the pain”, it’s a disfunctional situation.
- ratherbefuddled 6y agoNobody mentioned the PO managing anybody. But of course they own the priorities. The whole point is to stop the original poster trying to micro manage and in doing so preventing the team from self organising. You've completely misunderstood.
