Another possibility is that the employee the system tasked with my report wasn't familiar with the CEO's name yet, and so couldn't follow the gist of the video. It's less likely, but the thought amuses me. I still lean towards it being run-of-the-mill bureaucratic dysfunction. That's partly because it seems in-line with their spotty moderation, and partly, to be honest, because I'm just biased against Youtube.
