As a person with darker skin living in Europe, I’m told I have vitamin D deficiency and take supplements. Could the higher rate of COVID illness in black and minorities be related to this?
- vr46 6y agoFor sure. We used to live in a basement flat in the UK, and when my partner and kid were diagnosed with Vit D deficiency (white skin) I knew I had it too (dark skin). Two weeks of dosing myself cured my knee pains. And I’m a highly-clued up HN reader. Start hoovering those tablets, fellow darker-skinned technocrats!
