Generally good advice.
I'd drop 3 and 4. It's pretty clear they have zero experience doing estimations. Better stop doing estimations entirely and don't mention a deadline ever again. I bet every deadline and every miss is only hurting morale a bit more. Focus on doing, one bit at a time.
Be supportive, maybe ask what they need help with? What are they struggling with? Juniors typically need time, they learn as they do something for the first time.
They can work in pair if they are struggling on some difficult aspects (easier as two), or when one member has experience on an aspect or a technology of the project that another member does not. This builds character and morale (it's easier to struggle as a pair than alone, things are hard it's not just you who's terrible).
