I would ask myself why I'm setting up my team for failure instead of managing development and helping out where there's need. Why exactly are you committing to anything, why are you managing scrum meetings and why isn't QA part of development? You can't just cargo-cult Agile and expect miracle-working, unless you've got a charity miracle-worker on your team already. Sounds like you don't, and need someone knowledgeable of software development to actually lead the team in a more flexible way.
