There are plenty of laws that would give rise to remedies in this situation. Contrary to popular belief, tech companies aren't invincible to lawsuits. Neither is the guy operating the stolen account. The issue isn't whether or not there are theories under tort or contract that would cover remedies here - they would. The issue is whether or not this is something that's economically feasible to get in front of the courts - it's not.
