An improved timeGained equation.
timeGained = (manualTimeSpent * n) - (timeToAutomate)
- Rexxar 6y agoThis forget (at least) three factors: - Repetitive manual labor is prone to failure. If failure is expansive and automated task could be better just for the additional safety. - Once it's automatized the frequency at which the task is done can be increased. - Once something is automatized, other things become easier to automatized.
