Just want to emphasize how correct this is. Legally, despite but you nay want, they can still store info like thus for narrow reasons. This is Beardsley and normal.
- cxr 6y agoEven if true, neither you nor the person you're responding to see a distinction between: 1. retaining information because of a legal requirement and acting on their legal obligations as is necessary from time to time 2. retaining the information as above while saying that there's no such thing?
