- jot 6y agoThis book is great. Bob’s background is in engineering and it feels far more accessible to me than other sales books as a result. I’ve been trying to get my head around this stuff for over a decade. The ideas in this book have made me feel comfortable about selling for the first time.

- georgeolaru 6y agoI just finished this book and I think it's the most down-to-earth approach towards selling. It even suggests an alternative title for "salespeople" that wants to help others make progress, which would be "concierge." Looking forward to digging deeper into the Jobs-To-Be-Done theory with Clayton Christensen's book on "Competing Against Luck"
