- octoberfranklin 6y agoI would guess that the Taxpayer Bill of Rights is one of those silly "does not create a private right of enforcement" non-laws. As in yes, it's a law, but nobody who cares about it has the right to enforce it in court.
- javert 6y agoI would guess that too, but it would be nice to hear from someone who actually knows.
