Show HN: A freelance-only job board
- cvhashim 6y agoThis is interesting. Is there some way to filter by part-time, full-time, hourly?
- justalever 6y agoEventually! I started scrappy at first but hope to make this happen.
- cercatrova 6y agoFunny, I was thinking of the exact same thing as a side project, even using the name Lancer! Good luck on yours though, looks good.
- justalever 6y agoWow that's ironic and thanks!
- solus_factor 6y agoHow does this differ from other similar sites?
- justalever 6y agoMost sites bundle freelance with full-time so there's never a real dedicated focus. If they are freelance sites, they usually are part of a bigger platform that take a cut of your work and/or require you to pay to play. My goal with this is to provide vetted jobs to vetted freelancers. That benefits both sides of the equation. Plus, when I started out I was a freelancer full-time. I spent a ton of time browsing all sites and filtering by freelance. That got old fast.
