The list of all annoyances in one day is an eye opener. I should try that just to see what I have been putting up with. One of the main ones I have is using macOS. My work MacBook pro (an expensive piece of equipment!) will just randomly have scratchy audio. There's absolutely nothing I've found that will make it go away, even restarting the core audio service appears to do nothing. But, leave it for an hour and try playing audio again... and the problem fixes itself. Rebooting fixes it, but you just know it'll be back, so you learn to live with it, or use headphones if you absolutely must have audio for a meeting. Another thing that's sort of in the same domain is websites being more user hostile. Popups, intrusive ads, auto-play videos, and so on. I'm at the stage where if I get too many of these I have to just close the app or web page and give up on the article I'm trying to read.
