    I am sure you realize that this one word answer is not very useful. I've been there -- too tired or busy to write out a proper response. Lately, I have been thinking that not responding is better in such cases.

      It is all in the individual experience. Knowledge is but a step. Everyone’s journey is different. There are as many paths as there are people. Meditation is one of them and even that is of many kinds Heartfulness, mindfulness, Zen etc. Is it all about understanding the universe ? Do I want to understand a mango or taste one ?
