The way a conductor behaves at a jam session
play along with or get out of the way.
The fact you think there is a "right" direction means it is not a hackathon but a work session.
If this not the programmers initative expect them to be looking for new jobs.
For many programming is not a spectator sport.

For many programming is not a spectator sport. I am also a programmer :) This is a real hackathon, with no expectations of "work" that needs to be done. I just want to make sure we hit the finish line with an MVP is all.
- watwut 6y agoSeek to have first MVP done two-three days before end of week. That is when it should be "relaseable". The rest is buffer + testing + additional features.
