Don't focus on controlling everyone and the execution. Just create an environment where others can help. If you see task X, ask the team does anyone want to do X? It should do Y and Z requirements. Focus on making sure you can deliver the MVP for your core idea and let people deviate with their ideas as long as it doesn't compromise the core MVP. Hackathons can be chaotic and a time pressure, so don't add trying to be a perfect leader on top of those pressures.
