Google domains and namecheap. Namecheap only because they accepted bitcoins back when they were still mineable with a gpu, and it was amusing to turn a ~kilowatt-hour into a domain name. Google domains because in my estimation Google account security is the best in the industry and likewise their resistance to social engineering or direct hacking. Network Solutions used to have an option to only accept changes from PGP-signed email but there's nothing close to that any more in terms of security.
