Sounds like you're pretty much stuck. I don't think you will be able to get to Canada with the current pandemic rules. Is Egypt currently at war? I understand you will be required to serve in the military but wouldn't that also allow you to receive an identity card that allows you to travel more freely? After basic training couldn't you get a position in the IT field within the military for the 18 to 36 months you are required to serve? I don't know much about the Egyptian military but I think you might just have to grin and bare it. It is possible that after completing your service you may even feel differently about it. I hope you make it through and if you are really interested in immigrating to Canada to build your life, You will be welcomed with open arms once the pandemic is under control. I would suggest focusing your studies on ML and data science, perhaps graph theory, that seems to be the most in demand skills for the current tech sector in Canada. You might want to contact some of the department heads at Canadian universities through email. I have found most are very responsive to inquiries from potential students.
