This. Just because your standups are inefficient (and not actually standups) does not mean the process/practice is inherently bad.
- sdevonoes 6y agoIn theory yes, but if the majority of the teams are doing standups the wrong way, then perhaps there is something inherently wrong with standups.
- tupputuppu 6y agoI think it's more likely that no amount of good practices and process will work if people don't understand them. The process still improves things compared to doing things ad hoc.
