Curious to see if people think that ideological imbalance is something we should seek to counter, much like there are attempts to counter gender imbalance presently. What about age imbalance in companies for instance? It seems that things will get complicated quite quickly if we take this approach, but how do we decide which imbalances we need to actively counter?
