Since lockdown started, we switched to 3-Ps - everyone post 3 micro tasks they are working on today on a team discord channel before the meeting starts, at 9 we all hop on a team call and go over all the 3ps. short and sweet. and gives enough insight for people to ask for help or just get a feeling of progress... tricky sometime not to list macro tasks, which takes more than a day to complete. but other than that. its also nice to force every on to think about and commit to a few small things they want to work on for the day.
