    I think this comment could have been more substantive. It appears that you’re trying to say that the opinions and knowledge of a 5-year employee can be dismissed without any consideration, due to these signs. Is it the rational position to dismiss people out of hand? By the way, it may interest you to know that Hootsuite is a Vancouver-based company.
